Three things take you live: a published menu, tables with printed QR codes, and Stripe payouts connected. There's no hardware to install and no app for your guests — they order and pay in their phone browser. The platform is free; you pay a flat S$0.75 per completed order.
1. Set up your restaurant
Create your account, then add your restaurant's profile: name, address and opening hours. In Settings, enter your tax details — GST percentage, service charge percentage, and your GST registration number if you're GST-registered (that's what makes diner receipts valid tax invoices).
2. Build your menu
Add categories, items, photos, prices and modifier groups (sizes, add-ons, doneness — anything with choices). If you already have a menu on another platform or a PDF, contact us at support@simpli.sg — we can usually import it for you so you start from a filled-in menu instead of a blank page.
When it looks right, publish. See How do I set up my menu and modifiers? for detail.
3. Create tables and print QR codes
In Tables & QR codes, add each table. Every table gets its own QR code — download the PNG, print it, and place it on the table. Scanning that code is how a guest lands on your menu at the right table.
4. Connect payouts
In Settings → Payments & payouts, tap Connect payouts with Stripe and complete Stripe's verification (business details and bank account). Once active, guest payments go directly to your own Stripe account and Stripe pays out to your bank. Details in How do payments, payouts and fees work?
Test before service
Scan one of your own table QRs with your phone, place a small order, and watch it appear in your live order queue. When that round trip works, you're ready.
