Guests pay through Stripe, and the money goes directly into your own Stripe account — Simpli never holds your funds. Simpli's fee is a flat S$0.75 per completed order, taken automatically from each payment. There's no monthly fee and no charge when you don't sell.

Connecting payouts

In Settings → Payments & payouts, tap Connect payouts with Stripe. Stripe walks you through verification — business details and the bank account you want payouts in. The settings card shows your connection status and anything Stripe still needs. Until this is complete you can build your menu and test, but you shouldn't take live payments.

When does money arrive?

Stripe pays out to your bank on its rolling schedule — in Singapore, typically about two business days after the charge once your account is active (your first-ever payout can take a little longer while Stripe verifies the account). Your Stripe dashboard shows every payout and exactly which orders are in it.

What does it cost?

  • Simpli: flat S$0.75 per completed order, deducted automatically from the payment. No monthly fee, no setup fee.
  • Stripe: standard processing fees per transaction, charged by Stripe at its published rates (they differ by payment method — PayNow costs less than cards).

Both come out before the payout, so what lands in your bank is already net.

Payment methods your guests see

Card (with Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported phones) and PayNow. Guests pay when they order — you never chase a bill at the end of the meal. Cash is still possible at the counter: mark the order paid in cash from the live queue.

The Daily Close (Z-report)

Reports → Daily Close is your end-of-day summary: total sales, GST and service-charge breakdown, payment-method split including card brands, cash-settled orders, and refunds. It's printable — run it when you cash up so the till, Stripe and Simpli all tell the same story.
