2. Payments (Stripe): please acknowledge

Simpli uses Stripe for all diner payments. You (the Restaurant) will hold your own Stripe account (the "Connected Account") and are the merchant of record. Diner money settles directly from Stripe to your own bank account - Simpli never holds your money.

3. Your plan: pay-per-transaction

Price ceiling Won't exceed 2.0% + SGD 0.10 per order, and the per-order cap won't exceed SGD 3.00, for 24 months (Master Terms 5.6)
How it's collected Automatically as a Stripe application fee, at the moment the diner pays
Refunds / chargebacks Simpli Fee is reversed pro-rata if an order is refunded, charged back or reversed
Shown to your diners? Never. The Simpli Fee is your cost line and is never added to the diner's bill.

4. Agreement

By signing below, the Restaurant:

  1. agrees to the Simpli Merchant Services Agreement (Master Terms) and its Schedule 1 (Fee Schedule), Schedule 2 (Data Protection / PDPA Terms) and Schedule 3 (Acceptable Use & Review Integrity), which have been provided to or linked for the Restaurant and which are incorporated into and form part of this Order Form;
  2. acknowledges that Simpli's diner-facing Terms of Use & Privacy/Consent Notice apply between Simpli and diners and are a go-live prerequisite;
  3. confirms the person signing is authorised to bind the Restaurant; and
  4. agrees that this Order Form may be signed on paper or electronically, and that electronic acceptance is valid under Singapore's Electronic Transactions Act 2010.

The Agreement is month-to-month with no lock-in - either party may cancel on 30 days' notice.
