What payment methods can I use?

You can pay by card or PayNow — you'll see both choices on the payment screen. If your phone supports Apple Pay or Google Pay, they appear inside the card option, so you can pay with one tap.

Card

Major credit and debit cards are accepted. Enter your card details, or use Apple Pay / Google Pay where your phone offers it. Your card details are handled by Stripe, our payment processor — Simpli never sees or stores your card number.

PayNow

Choose PayNow and follow the prompts to pay from your banking app. It's the same PayNow you already use — no setup needed.

When am I charged?

You pay when you order. Payment is taken right away at checkout, and the kitchen starts on your food once it goes through. If you order another round later, that round is paid for separately at the time you order it.

What about GST and service charge?

Any GST and service charge are shown in your cart and on the payment screen before you confirm, so there are no surprises. The exact percentages depend on the restaurant's settings — some restaurants include GST in their menu prices, others add it at checkout.

Can I pay cash?

The phone checkout is card and PayNow only. Some restaurants also take cash at the counter — just ask the staff, and they can record your order as paid in cash.
