Open your order page and tap Request cancellation. The restaurant's staff review your request — if they approve it, your refund covers the full amount you paid for those items, including their share of GST and service charge.
How to request a cancellation
- Open the order from Your orders (or the page you landed on after paying).
- Choose whether to cancel the whole order or just specific items — you can even cancel part of a quantity, like 1 of 2 drinks.
- Pick a reason, add a note if you like, and send it.
- Staff review your request. You'll see the outcome on the same order page.
Because the kitchen may already be cooking, cancellations after payment are requests rather than instant — the restaurant confirms what's possible. Talking to your server is often the fastest way.
How refunds work
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method — the same card or PayNow account you paid with.
- The refund is for the full amount of the cancelled items, including their GST and service-charge share.
- PayNow refunds usually arrive quickly. Card refunds typically take several business days to show on your statement, depending on your bank.
- Sometimes the restaurant may offer a replacement dish instead of a refund — that's settled with you at the table.
If the restaurant cancels something
Occasionally a dish runs out after you've ordered. The restaurant will cancel that item with a reason (for example "Sold out"), you'll see it on your order page, and staff process the refund for paid items — the refund status shows on the same page.
